Suite is a patchbay with a product name.

Integration Suite is API Management, CPI, Event Mesh, Open Connectors, Integration Advisor, Trading Partner Management, Graph. Searching only “CPI jobs” misses the architecture. ISA-M (Integration Solution Advisory Methodology) is how you decide which calls are APIs, which are iFlows, which are events. SR Soft staffs architects who can draw that without blushing.

ISA-M in practice
  1. 01

    Classify the flows

API, iFlow, event, B2B. Write it down.

  2. 02

    Govern

Who publishes. Who consumes. Who pays for a broken contract.

  3. 03

    Graph as façade

If developers will not use it, do not build it.

  4. 04

    B2B honesty

The plant still sends EDI. TPM is not optional.

How we staff a Suite program
Empty floor
Governance is unfashionable. It is also why the Suite survives the SI.

A bench, not a single iFlow person

S/4 clean core without Integration Suite is a wish. Every S/4 cell we run includes a Suite lead. Future: Suite + Joule tools + BDC pipelines.

ISA-M written on a wall, not in a PDF nobody opens

Classify every flow: API, iFlow, event, B2B. APIM for sync contracts with quotas. CPI for documents. Event Mesh for facts that many can consume. TPM for the EDI the plant still sends. Graph only if developers will use it. Governance is who publishes, who consumes, who pays when the contract breaks. We staff an architect who can hold that wall in a workshop without a SI translator.

Classify-then-build — Suite method

S/4 clean core without Suite is a wish. Joule tools and BDC pipelines will sit on this classification. If everything is an iFlow, you will not scale. If everything is an API, the plant will still drop a file on a share.

If you cannot classify the flow, you are not ready to build it.
