Generative AI at production standard

The house

Based in Sugar Land, on the Houston corridor, SR Soft LLC has spent more than twenty years filling technical seats — first as a classical IT staffing firm, then as the people you call when the stack changes and the floor still has to run.

We are not a brand-new AI studio with a staffing form bolted on. We are the opposite: a long staffing practice that added a Gen AI and machine-learning desk because that is what CIOs, plant IT, and SAP competence centers are requisitioning now. The recruiters still know the difference between a résumé and a person who has shipped.

E-Verify. All work-authorized statuses. Sponsorship when the person is the one. That part of the house is as old as the house.

How the house grew

Four eras. One motion.

  1. The staffing years

Contract IT when that was the whole product

We started the way every durable staffing firm starts: a phone, a bench, and clients who needed a Java person on Monday. Recruiters who could tell a résumé from a real engineer. Visas treated as logistics, not a reason to hang up.

  2. ERP & the enterprise floor

SAP, Oracle, and the people who keep them honest

Houston does not run on slideware. Refiners, health systems, and manufacturers needed analysts who had touched the module. We built the ERP desk — application analysts, integration, cutover crews — and kept it staffed through more than one upgrade cycle.

  3. Cloud & platforms

The same clients, a different metal

Workloads moved. So did the requisitions. AWS, Azure, GCP, data platforms, the first real ML roles. We did not become a different company. We added the next layer of people the floor actually needed.

  4. Gen AI, now

The newest title. The oldest motion.

Copilots, RAG, agents, evals, MLOps. New stack, same motion: source the person who has shipped, get them authorized, put them next to the work. The Gen AI practice sits on twenty years of knowing what “production” means outside a demo.

01

Hire for judgment, coach for context

We select people who can decide under incomplete information — then we give them the floor, the statute, and the client so the decision is theirs, not a script.

02

Distinctive capabilities

We bring deep functional and industry expertise — and we work with our clients as we do with our colleagues, building their capabilities at every opportunity.

03

Challenges that matter

Visa, close, lock, filing, release. We take on the immense, unfashionable problems that decide whether a program actually runs.

04

Lasting change

A notebook is not impact. A contractor who never makes the release is not impact. We measure ourselves by what still works after we leave.

How we work

The same four moves on every engagement.

  1. 01

Start with the issue that matters

We diagnose the problem as it exists on the floor — the system, the statute, the close calendar, the vendor seam — and set a fact base before anyone staffs a slide.

  2. 02

    Bring distinctive capabilities

PRA with FICO. Vertex with pricing. CDM with SDTM. Deep functional and industry expertise in one cell — we work with our clients as we do with our colleagues.

  3. 03

    Deliver measurable impact

One network, one plant, one jurisdiction matrix, one lock path. We prove a slice, then scale. Blueprint follows impact, not the other way around.

  4. 04

    Build lasting capabilities

Exception owners, recon, hypercare as a designed factory. We leave the organization able to run the work — lasting change, not a visit.
